We appreciate Steamforce because there are a lot of companies that changed the price as soon as they walk through the door. With Steamforce, the technician came and evaluated the job, explained the cleaning and repairing process, was very gentle with our furniture and even put it back in the original spot. To me they went the extra mile in cleaning and believe me when I tell you, our carpets never looked better. We also appreciated the “Thank You” card with discount on future services, that we received from Steamforce after the job was done. |

When Jason came and measured the area’s needing cleaning and explained the price, I was first reluctant in using them, but they educated me as why they charge the way they do and when I observed them, the money I paid was money well spent. I have never seen someone take the time and effort in cleaning a carpet the way these guys can. They were very professional and told me some things that would help me maintain my investment down the road. To me, this company really cared about cleaning our carpets and were not here just to make a few bucks. |

Truly wonderful job Jason and his assistant did on my carpet. Stairs and living room flooring looks like new. No trace of stains. Furniture was carefully moved to reach all the corners to complete the thorough cleaning. The price first shocked me, but the result proved money well spent - it would cost twice as much to replace the carpet. Kudos to Jason for the great job he did. Highly recommended and trusted business!!!!!
